It’s a pairing that Fred Perry knows well, what with the brand’s roots in subculture and spirit of nonconformity. And what better way to celebrate this combination than with a party ’till the wee hours of the morning, but with a creative twist?
Following their previous collaborations with Transit Records, the British brand recently held “Not Just For Lovers,” a celebration of music, art, and floral design featuring the works of artist Paraluman Flora, at Annex House, right at the vibrant heart of Poblacion, Makati. Floral sculptures, tapestries, and ambient lights transformed Annex House into an otherworldly and sensorial space filled with energetic beats and vibrant visuals.
The party kickstarts Fred Perry’s year-long “Get Ready” campaign, which celebrates the ritual of preparing for a night out and the spirit of community and creativity in Metro Manila’s nightlife. “Not Just For Lovers” marks the brand’s reimagining of the nightlife and what goes into getting ready for a party ’till dawn.
