Now you can get your brunch and drag fix at Butterboy MOA

The launch will feature ‘Drag Race Philippines’ S2 alumni Hana Beshie and ØV CÜNT and Drag Den contestants O-A and 1st Drag Supreme Naia.

The pioneer of drag brunches in the Philippines is expanding their fabulousness with a grand opening! Quezon City-based Butterboy Bakehouse is set to officially launch their Pasay kiosk on Saturday, November 18, at SM Mall of Asia with “Meriendrag,” a celebration of drag excellence and scrumptious pastries.

Seasoned “butterqueens” will be there: Drag Race Philippines Season 2 alumni Hana Beshie and ØV CÜNT, and Drag Den Philippines contestants O-A and the first Drag Supreme, Naia.

Admission is free; instead, Butterboy encourages everyone to show up in their best outfits, buy their pastries and coffee, and enjoy energetic performances from our local and talented drag queens.

Helmed by Hilder Demeterio and Jayson So, Butterboy has been hosting drag brunches at their QC-based commissary since 2022. Initially only a fantasy for the owners, the drag brunch and bakery combination has evolved into a safe space where local drag can thrive and the LGBTQIA+ community can find a safe space in.

“Thank you for all the love, and we are excited to serve you at our new space! Please keep posted for our grand opening date with our lovely community that has been here with us from our humbler beginnings! Love, The Butterboys!” says the bakehouse on their official Instagram account.

Butterboy’s SM MoA kiosk is located at Level 2 South Entertainment Mall, across Decathlon and Healthy Options, and beside Kurimu. It is open from 10 AM-10 PM.

The new lifestyle.
