There’s a new spot in Westin Manila where the sunset takes centerstage, the cocktails are crafted with care, and every sip feels like a celebration.
On the 32nd floor of The Westin Manila, Aire32 officially opened its doors as the hotel’s new al fresco bar and events venue. Pronounced ai-re (Spanish for air), Aire32 was designed with balance and connection in mind. Muted tones, natural textures, and sleek contemporary details create a stylish yet calming atmosphere, while sweeping views of the Ortigas cityscape and the setting sun provide a backdrop you won’t soon forget.
“It’s about creating a space for social experiences rooted in conscious connection and balance,” shares The Westin Manila’s General Manager, Alexander Dietzsch. “Every drink is a toast to life, a celebration of family and friends, complemented by relaxing views and comfort food.”
Sipping mindfully
Aire32 isn’t just about pretty cocktails — though there are plenty of those. The beverage menu was thoughtfully designed around sustainability and mindful drinking. Guests can expect low-alcohol cocktails, artisanal spirits free from artificial additives, and playful mocktails that are as refreshing as they are uplifting.
The team sources local produce and even surplus ingredients, turning them into flavorful blends that highlight Filipino creativity. “We see sustainability not as a limitation but as a starting point for innovation and imagination,” Dietzsch adds.
No rooftop gathering is complete without something to nibble on, and Aire32 brings in small plates inspired by the Spanish lifestyle. Tapas and pica-pica range from light bites to off-the-menu favorites from the hotel’s Spanish restaurant, Cantabria by Chele Gonzalez. Think authentic flavors, northern Spain style, but paired with that Manila breeze.
A venue with a view
With seating that shifts from bar stools to lounge chairs and a chic glass-enclosed private dining room for 20, Aire32 is as flexible as it is elegant. The space can host intimate dinners, social gatherings, or even private events of up to 75 guests. A sleek bar counter and a wall projection—perfect for presentations or custom event backdrops—make it as functional as it is Instagrammable.
The rooftop bar made its debut during an exclusive VIP preview where media, Marriott International executives, and Robinsons Land Corporation leaders were among the first to experience the venue.
For Robinsons Land Corporation President and CEO Mybelle Aragon-GoBio, the opening was particularly timely. “Robinsons Land is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year, and Aire32, a place to toast to life, couldn’t have come at a better time,” she shared. “This al fresco bar is an exciting addition to RLC’s growing presence in the food and beverage scene, and a testament to The Westin Manila’s dedication to inspiring the community to live life in balance.”
