The newest in Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant empire, it will be one of the biggest restaurants in the 25-hectare Newport World Resorts.
Internationally renowned and multi Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay and Newport World Resorts Chairman Kevin L. Tan made the announcement after finalizing the details during a meeting in Macao.
Tan shared, “Having personally met chef Ramsay at The Londoner in Macao, his larger-than-life personality and our shared enthusiasm in opening one of the most sought-after restaurants in the culinary world, strengthens our position as the most multifaceted integrated resort in the country, leading the way in elevated dining experiences for all our guests.”
Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines at Newport World Resorts will be the inaugural offering by the world-famous restaurateur in the Philippines, following other restaurant concepts in major cities across the globe.
Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant group has been awarded 17 Michelin stars—and holds 8 currently. It has 88 establishments across the world.
Located on the second floor of the Newport Grand Wing, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines at Newport World Resorts will be one of the biggest restaurants in the 25-hectare property. Occupying 400 square meters, the elegantly designed restaurant can seat up to a hundred guests and is expected to attract discerning diners from all over the region.
The sprawling property is located right across the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3. Newport World Resorts boasts the highest hotel room key count in a single property with five international hotel brands: Marriott Hotel Manila, Sheraton Manila Hotel, Hotel Okura Manila, Hilton Hotel Manila, and Holiday Inn Express Manila-Newport City.
