The fantasy and sparkle remain, but the focus has shifted to individuality, body diversity, and empowerment.

A runway full of icons and newcomers
This year’s lineup featured a mix of legends and rising stars. Returning names like Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Ashley Graham, Barbara Palvin, Emily Ratajkowski and Doutzen Kroes shared the runway with a new generation of models, including Precious Lee, Barbie Ferreira, Iris Law, and Yumi Nu.

Ambrosio extended her record with her 19th show, while Kroes made her ninth appearance, proving that the classic Angels still reign supreme.

The night also featured WNBA star Angel Reese and Olympic gymnast Suni Lee, the first professional athletes ever to walk the Victoria’s Secret runway marking a major step forward for representation and diversity.

The Hadid sisters were among the evening’s biggest highlights too. Gigi Hadid wore a pink lace look with a flowing floral cape before changing into a white angel-inspired set. Bella Hadid brought her signature confidence in a red lingerie ensemble with thigh-high stockings and later appeared in a metallic fringe outfit.

Jasmine Tookes opened the show in a glowing gold mesh mini dress that highlighted her baby bump. Barbara Palvin also made headlines, walking the runway after recently undergoing endometriosis surgery. Her husband, actor Dylan Sprouse, revealed that she trained carefully to make her return and proudly wore an endometriosis awareness pin in her honor. Sprouse attended alongside Patrick Schwarzenegger, who was there to support his wife, Abby Champion, also featured in the show.

All-female performances light up the stage
The 2025 show featured an all-female music lineup that matched the night’s theme of empowerment. Madison Beer opened the performances in a blush pink bustier and debuted her new single “Bittersweet.” Karol G followed with her signature energy, hip-hop and R&B icon Missy Elliott transformed the runway into a full concert with her hits, and K-pop girl group TWICE closed the show that had the crowd cheering.

A modern take on classic VS style
The theme “Day To Night” showcased soft pastels, satin details, and shimmering metallics, moving from light morning tones to evening glamour. The angel wings returned with more modern, sculptural designs, while makeup artist Pat McGrath brought back the signature Victoria’s Secret glow: dewy skin, glossy lips, and voluminous hair.
The overall look honored the brand’s iconic bombshell look while embracing a more current, diverse vision of beauty.

A confident and inclusive comeback
The fantasy and sparkle remain, but the focus has shifted to individuality, body diversity, and empowerment. With athletes, mothers, plus-size icons, and returning supermodels sharing the same runway, Victoria’s Secret showed that the modern Angel looks different but the confidence is the same.
