Kylie Jenner made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut wearing the brand’s most expensive Fantasy Bra yet. Barbara Palvin appeared in two looks after welcoming her first child, while Christina Nadin became the second Filipina to walk the show.

The event took place on October 18 (October 19 in the Philippines). With returning Angels, new faces, and live performances sharing the runway, the 2026 edition gave viewers plenty to catch up on.

Kylie Jenner’s debut came with a $50 million bra

Jenner’s first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show appearance also marked the Fantasy Bra’s return after eight years. The brand chose a particularly extravagant design for the occasion: a diamond-covered piece created with jewelry house Jacob & Co. and valued at $50 million.

She wore it with oversized feather wings. Diamond strands hung beneath the cups, moving as she walked and making the bra look more like an elaborate necklace shaped around the body. It became the most expensive Fantasy Bra in the brand’s history.

The details explain the scale of the project. According to Forbes, the piece contains 4,410 natural diamonds set on an 18-karat white-gold framework. A 75.54-carat fancy vivid yellow diamond sits at its center. Fifteen craftspeople spent around 1,000 hours creating the bra, which contains no fabric.

The choice of wearer drew mixed reactions. Some viewers welcomed the surprise, while others wanted an established Victoria’s Secret model to receive the honor. For longtime fans, wearing the Fantasy Bra still carries a significance that goes beyond its price.

The Fantasy Bra began as a million-dollar catalog feature

Victoria’s Secret introduced the Fantasy Bra in 1996, when Claudia Schiffer modeled the 1 Million Dollar Miracle Bra. Before it became a runway tradition, the diamond-covered design appeared in the brand’s catalog.

Later editions grew more elaborate and expensive. Gisele Bündchen’s Red Hot Fantasy creation reached a $15 million valuation in 2000, setting a benchmark that became a lasting part of the collection’s history. The appeal was easy to understand: even people who did not follow lingerie could appreciate the sheer extravagance of it.

The tradition also produced memorable pairings. Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio wore coordinating Fantasy Bras in 2014. Jasmine Tookes wore the $3 million Bright Night design in 2016, followed by Lais Ribeiro in the $2 million Champagne Nights bra in 2017.

Barbara Palvin had two moments on the runway

Barbara Palvin returned to the show after welcoming daughter Sylvie, with husband Dylan Sprouse in September. Her first outfit featured a sheer pink dress over pale pink lingerie. She later changed into a white sequined corset with matching underwear, a sheer train, and large wings. Sprouse watched in the audience and cheered as she walked—we love the interaction, by the way!

The two outfits gave her appearances a clear progression. The pink look felt softer and lighter, while the white corset and wings delivered the more elaborate styling associated with the show. Palvin also joined Alessandra Ambrosio, Anok Yai, and Adriana Lima for the finale walk.

Christina Nadin added another Filipina milestone

Christina Nadin made her debut during the PINK segment, becoming the second Filipina to walk the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Kelsey Merritt became the first in 2018.

Nadin has a Filipina mother and an Irish-British father. She was born in Saudi Arabia and spent part of her childhood in the United Kingdom. Her first appearance at the show adds another name to a short but meaningful list for Filipino fashion followers.

Catriona Gray also attended as a special guest representing the Philippines. Gray’s invitation and Nadin’s runway appearance gave local viewers separate moments to follow, as covered in our story about the Filipinas at this year’s show.

Familiar Angels kept the nostalgia going

Several of the models most closely associated with Victoria’s Secret returned, including Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, Behati Prinsloo, Doutzen Kroes, and Jasmine Tookes.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Irina Shayk also walked, alongside Gigi and Bella Hadid. The lineup brought together familiar faces whose appearances remain a major reason fans tune in.

That familiarity matters to a show built around individual runway moments. Fans remember a particular walk, a favorite set of wings, or a model’s expression at the end of the catwalk. Seeing those women again gives the newer editions a connection to the shows viewers remember.

This year’s cast offered that sense of continuity while leaving room for debuts such as Nadin’s. The result gave audiences several reasons to keep watching beyond the biggest reveal.

Live performances completed the evening

Megan Thee Stallion, Tate McRae, Megan Moroney, and KATSEYE handled the musical performances. Their lineup brought rap, pop, and country into the program, keeping music central to the show’s format.

The performances gave the evening another point of interest between runway appearances. They also continued a familiar Victoria’s Secret formula: models and musicians sharing a stage, with the clothes becoming part of a larger production.

Jenner’s Fantasy Bra supplied the biggest surprise, but Palvin’s return, Nadin’s debut, and the returning cast gave the show more to remember. A $50 million bra will always attract attention. Keeping people watching takes a little more than diamonds.
