It’s a compact, design-focused space where you can book free consultations, get expert advice, and explore curated setups.
Good news for those living up north: IKEA just opened a store closer to home. The Swedish home brand launched its first Plan and Order Shop at TriNoma Mall in Quezon City, giving residents from QC, Caloocan, Malabon, Valenzuela, and even Bulacan an easier way to plan and shop for their dream spaces.
The hub isn’t your typical IKEA warehouse-style store. Instead, it’s a compact, design-focused space where you can book free consultations, get expert advice, and explore curated setups.

At the Plan and Order Shop, shoppers can conceptualize kitchen, wardrobe, and living room storage systems with the help of IKEA’s in-house specialists. But if you prefer doing it yourself, the brand’s online planning tools are available, too, which is perfect for those who like to design at their own pace.
The shop carries select accessories for quick buys, while the rest of the 8,500-product catalog can be ordered online for home delivery or store pickup.

How it works
From planning to delivery and everything in between, IKEA’s new space is built to make home design simple and stress-free. Here’s how:
1. Plan and order
Book a free appointment with an IKEA specialist who’ll help you plan your kitchen, wardrobe, or living room storage, step by step. If you’d rather do it yourself, you can explore IKEA’s online planning tools anytime.
2. Get it home
Some popular items are available to take home right away. For everything else, you can have your orders delivered straight to your doorstep or picked up at the TriNoma store.
3. More ways for easy shopping
Once your order arrives, it’s time to assemble and decorate. The IKEA staff can also assist in assembling them should you need a hand. The shop is cashless, accepting payments via IKEA Gift Cards, QR PH, debit, or credit cards for a worry-free visit.
For years, IKEA fans from the north had to brave EDSA traffic just to visit the Pasay branch. Now, with TriNoma’s accessible location—linked to NLEX and Skyway 3—it’s much easier for shoppers.
The TriNoma opening marks IKEA’s growing presence in the country. The launch was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, Ambassador of Sweden to the Philippines Anna Ferry, and Ayala Land Senior Vice President Mariana Zobel de Ayala, alongside IKEA executives.
Just in time for the holidays, the store’s room setups already feature festive touches and ideas for Christmas-ready spaces.
