Cebu Pacific marks 28th year with seat sale until March 14

Passengers can book flights for as low as P199 one-way base fare.

Cebu Pacific, the country’s leading airline, is the gift that keeps on giving as it launches a series of seat sales for the whole month of March in celebration of its 28th anniversary.

As its first offering, CEB is giving every Juan the chance to travel to select domestic and international destinations with the “Bigating Salubong Sale.” Ongoing until March 14, the sale lets passengers book flights for as low as P199 one-way base fare, excluding fees and surcharges. Travel period is from April 1 to September 30, 2024.

As an added treat, CEB is also offering up to 28% discount on select add-ons all month long for best value to travelers planning to go on budget trips.

With the summer season fast approaching, now is the perfect time to go and see the picturesque clear blue waters of Cebu and Bacolod, taste the luscious seafood that Roxas City has to offer, fly to Seoul (Incheon) and visit the serene Eulwangni Beach, or chase the surf waves of Sydney’s Bondi Beach. All these are now made within reach through the #CEBSuperSeatFest.

As CEB turns 28 this month, passengers can look forward to more surprises in store for them and tick off their travel bucket lists.

CEB flew its maiden flight on March 8, 1996, from Manila to Cebu. Since then, over 200 million passengers have been serviced by the airline. CEB is offering its “Bigating Promo-versary” seat sale as a way to thank its passengers for their unwavering support in the past 28 years.

Cebu Pacific was recently awarded Best Airline in the Routes Asia Awards 2024  in recognition of its exceptional contributions to airport and destination marketing in the Asia Pacific region. Its collaborations with destination partners and airports have led to the successful resumption of its Clark hub and the launch of 15 domestic and international destinations in April 2023, among others, which positioned CEB with the widest domestic network in the Philippines. The award also highlighted CEB’s initiatives to incorporate various sustainable practices into its operations through the optimization of flight plans and the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in its ground operations. CEB aims to transition to an all-NEO fleet by 2028 and will incorporate SAF in its commercial network by 2030.

“We are honored to receive this award. This reflects Cebu Pacific’s unwavering commitment to providing our passengers with exceptional service, expanding our network connectivity, and making air travel more accessible and affordable,” said Alexander Lao, Cebu Pacific President, and Chief Commercial Officer.

The Routes Asia Awards is the only route development event dedicated to the Asia Pacific region. This latest recognition reaffirms CEB’s position as the leader in the Philippine aviation industry, connecting communities, and driving economic growth.

Apart from this recognition, CEB was recently hailed Best Low-Cost Airline Brand and Most Sustainable Low-Cost Airline in the Philippines for 2023 by the World Economic Magazine, a US-based publication that spotlights industry disruptors across the global financial marketplace.

CEB also received a separate recognition from Airlineratings.com, the world’s leading airline safety and product rating review website, as among the top 20 safest low-cost airlines in the world for 2024.

CEB currently flies to 35 domestic and 24 international destinations spread across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Book your seat now at bit.ly/CebuPacificSale.
