ARMYs, make some noise: Here’s everything to know about BTS’ return to PH in 2027

Details about the venue and ticket prices are yet to be announced, but here’s what Filo ARMYs should prepare for.

BTS is back—bigger, better, and burning up with more love from Filo ARMYS, as they are set to return to Manila in March 2027. After 10 years, there are no more dreams, chinggus—just the reality that our best year is yet to come, with our OT7 making it bigger than dynamite

The Korean supergroup and BigHit Music announced the good news on Tuesday, January 13, through a social media post revealing the venues and dates of their upcoming comeback tour. The highly anticipated event will span 79 shows across 34 cities, with the Bangtan Boys setting Manila on fire on March 13 and 14, 2027.

They are kicking off the tour with a three-day concert in Goyang, South Korea, on April 9, 11, and 12, 2026, before moving to other stops across Asia, Europe, North and South America, and Australia through 2027. BigHit Music said that it is announcing more tour stops in Japan, the Middle East, and other regions in the coming months.

This is the K-pop megastar’s biggest tour yet, proving that after a hiatus that lasted almost four years, they are indeed bulletproof. So mark your calendars and bookmark this page, ARMYs, for everything we know so far about BTS’ huge comeback that we’ve all been waiting for.

Where will BTS hold their Manila concert?

In true BTS fashion, the K-pop powerhouse’s upcoming tour is expected to be louder than bombs. Event organizer Live Nation Philippines said that it will feature a series of firsts. Their concerts in El Paso, Texas on May 2-3, 2026, and in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on August 5 and 6 of the same year mark “the first and largest headline concerts ever held in both cities.” It will also be the first time that they are performing in Madrid, Spain and Brussels, Belgium.

The event organizer noted that venue and ticketing details for the Manila stop are yet to be announced. But Filo ARMYs should better prepare for a truly immersive experience, as BTS is performing on a 360-degree stage. This means you can marvel (and lose yourself) at the performances of members RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook from every angle.

Event venues in the country that can hold such massive stages are the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, with K-pop group TWICE using this setup in October 2025, as well as the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, as seen in the concerts of local stars like Juan Karlos. While the former can accommodate a larger crowd of over 50,000 people, the latter was where BTS held its “Wings” concert on May 7, 2017 and where J-Hope had his “Hope on the Stage” concert on April 12 and 13, 2025. We’ll just have to be on our toes and catch Live Nation’s official announcement to find out where exactly it will be.

How much will the tickets cost?

Tickets for BTS’ March 2027 concert in Manila are not yet available, but the tour’s seating map for its first two legs—Goyang, South Korea and Tokyo, Japan—hints at what Filo ARMYs should expect once the selling goes live. Based on the group’s posts on fan community platform WeVerse, tickets will be sold in three tiers: VIP or Soundcheck, General R or SS, and General S. Apart from a good view of your bias, every purchase of VIP tickets include exclusive goods and access to the priority entry lane.

Tickets for the Soundcheck seats at the Goyang Stadium are priced at 264,000 KRW (P10,608), General R is 220,000 KRW (P8,840), and General S is 198,000 KRW (P7,960). Meanwhile, VIP seats at the Tokyo Dome will retail for 45,000 JPY (P16,800), SS seats for 35,000 JPY (P13,060), and S seats for 25,000 JPY (P9,330).

Prices vary per market, of course. The VIP tickets for J-Hope’s concert, for example, cost only 220,000 KRW, or P8,900, in Seoul but as much as P22,500 in Manila. Filipino ARMYs who have no plans of watching their entire group elsewhere start saving up then!

ARMY Membership holders can sign up for the pre-sale on WeVerse between January 13 and 18, 2026, with the tickets going on sale on January 22. Those who plan to watch the concert in North America may register or purchase presale tickets in up to three cities in the region. Tickets will meanwhile be available to the general public on January 24. You can find out how to get your ARMY membership here and get updates on when ticketing begins at every venue on the official BTS tour site.

Why watch BTS’ 2027 concert in Manila?

Photo from BigHit Music

If you’ve been a fan of BTS, whether you’re a Veteran or a Baby ARMY, it goes without saying that watching your idols’ concert at least once in your life is a must. After all, our beloved boys have built a strong connection with us through their meaningful lyrics about self-love and mental health, inspiring journey from being the underdogs of K-pop industry, their powerful performances and, on top of all that, their genuine and adorably wacky personalities.

If you’re still looking for reasons to save up for their upcoming concert in Manila, just rthink of iit as an even that could happen only once every ten years (although we’re hoping not). The last time BTS was in the Philippines was in 2017 for their “Wings” tour, which was held at the Mall of Asia Arena. J-Hope returned for his solo “Hope On The Stage” show in April 2025, but the 2027 concert marks the first time Filipinos are seeing the OT7 altogether on one stage after a decade.

It’s also their first global tour since their “Love Yourself” tour that ran through 2019. Two years and a pandemic later, the Yet to Come hitmakers resumed in-person shows with the “Permission to Dance On Stage” concert series, then went on a hiatus for South Korea’s mandatory military service.

BTS’ massive world tour will be held in support of their fifth album that is due out on March 20, 2026. The 14-track album will the group’s first in nearly four years. ”Featuring 14 tracks, the album is packed with honest stories that BTS wants to share with ARMY, who have been waiting for their pm comeback as a whole group,” BigHit wrote in a previous press release. It will be available for pre-order via WeVerse and the group’s website, 2026bts.com, on January 16.

Since debuting in 2013, BTS has been widely considered the most influential boy band in the world, having brought K-pop to global mainstream, shattering records, topping Billboard and Spotify charts, winning numerous American awards, and securing deals with global luxury fashion houses. The group has also served as youth icons, addressing United Nations multiple times as South Korea’s Special Presidential Envoys, with speeches on the themes of hope, youth empowerment, and sustainable development.
