Award-winning chefs also present a German spread that includes freshly baked Laugen pretzels and soft rolls; Munich-style sausage salad; an assortment of Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, and regional sausages; pork knuckle and chicken schnitzel; and baked apple strudel and shredded pancake served with vanilla ice cream and berry compote.
