Could this be any more exciting? The Friends Experience to land in Manila this October — here are iconic scenes you can recreate

Grab your best people, dig up your ’90s fits, and relive the scenes you lived and laughed with.

If you’ve ever wanted to sit on the Central Perk couch, yell “PIVOT!” while dragging a sofa up the stairs, or hang out in Monica’s purple kitchen like it’s the most normal thing ever, your chance has arrived.

The Friends Experience is officially landing in Manila from October 8 to November 30, and it’s bringing all kinds of nostalgia with it. After touring across the US, Canada, and Europe, the pop-up museum is finally making its first-ever Asia stop right here, at The Space in Solaire. The immersive exhibit is your opportunity to walk in the footsteps of everyone’s favorite barkada – Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe, and Joey.

While details for the local setup haven’t all been revealed yet, it’s safe to expect the same life-sized sets, photo-ready props, and iconic scenes that have made this exhibit a global fan favorite. Long-time fans and new binge-watchers can explore real sets, handle props, and recreate the most unforgettable scenes. Speaking of which, here’s a cheat sheet of scenes you can recreate just in case!

Monica’s apartment: where everything always happened

The purple walls? The fridge covered in magnets? Monica’s apartment was home base for the entire group and now, you can hang out there just like they did.

Round up your girlfriends, and pose in wedding dresses, just like Monica, Rachel, and Phoebe. The dining table is also perfect for channeling one of those chaotic Thanksgiving dinners, or maybe even Chandler awkwardly proposing after Monica beat him to the punch. Or relive that unforgettable trivia game that ended with Monica and Rachel losing the apartment, and yes, to this day, “transponster” is still not a word.

Joey and Chandler’s living room

The La-Z boys, the foosball table, and yes, the giant white dog statue. Take a seat like Joey after a long day, channel Chandler’s signature sarcasm, or give Hugsy a quick hug if you spot him nearby. It’s the perfect spot to be lazy, loud, or both – just like the guys would’ve wanted.

The Pivot staircase

Ross yelling “PIVOT!” lives in everyone’s head rent-free, and now, that moment can live in your camera roll too. The recreated staircase lets you step into Ross’s most chaotic moment, and relive the scene that turned a simple move into a group meltdown. All you need is a couch, a couple of friends, and the loudest voice you’ve got.

Central Perk: the couch that “raised” us

There’s just something about Central Perk. Maybe it’s the orange couch. Maybe it’s the moments where the group just sat, laughed, or made terrible life choices over coffee.

Now you can recreate Rachel’s iconic entrance in her wedding dress, play pretend barista, or sit where Phoebe once sang Smelly Cat to confused strangers. You’ll also find a replica of the fountain scene from the show’s iconic opening credits. Cue in The Rembrandts singing I’ll Be There For You on your favorite music streamer!

What’s inside + ticket info

The Friends Experience brings full-size sets, behind-the-scenes trivia, replica costumes, and interactive moments you can actually take part in. Walk through Monica’s kitchen. Peek into Joey and Chandler’s living room. Sit down at Central Perk. Everything is designed for photos, and plenty of “Oh my God!” moments—cue Janice.

A cultural icon

Friends ended in 2004 but somehow never left. The group’s inside jokes, offbeat romances, and everyday drama still feel familiar. Fans have kept the series alive through reruns, memes, and late-night rewatch sessions. This exhibit brings that world closer. A chance to experience something that shaped a generation of humor, friendship, and barkada culture.

The Friends Experience in Manila offers more than photo ops. It brings the show to life in a way that feels real, funny, and a little emotional. You’ll laugh. You might cry. You’ll definitely post about it.

So grab your best people, dig up your ’90s fits, and relive the scenes that raised you. This October, the orange couch is calling and this time, it’s not in New York. So allow us to say… could that BE any more cool?
