The gods must have heard us. Before the film reaches cinemas, its cast has already blessed the red carpet with a string of standout looks.
Christopher Nolan’s film brings Homer’s epic to the big screen, following Odysseus as he fights his way home after the Trojan War. Matt Damon leads the cast, with Anne Hathaway as Penelope, Tom Holland as Telemachus, and Zendaya as Athena.
With a story filled with gods, warriors, monsters, and myth, the cast had plenty to draw from. Across the press tour, they have worked those references into flowing gowns, rich details, rich textures, and polished suits—each actor has interpreted the movie’s world in their own way.

Zendaya goes full Athena
If anyone was going to commit to the theme, it was always going to be Zendaya.

The actress reunited with longtime stylist Law Roach, who has become known for turning every press tour into an extension of the movie itself. They transformed Dune into futuristic fashion, brought tennis core to Challengers, and most recently played with spiderwebs, comic book colors, and villain references while promoting Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
At the London premiere, Zendaya wore an illuminated Schiaparelli haute couture gown that had debuted on the runway in Paris just hours earlier. Law Roach reportedly secured the dress straight from the show before bringing it to London in time for the premiere.

She has also stepped out in custom Jacquemus, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, and Khaite throughout the tour. One of her standout looks came in Paris, where she wore a Givenchy haute couture spring/summer 1997 design by Alexander McQueen.
Styled with a dramatic Philip Treacy headpiece, the archival look nodded to Athena’s iconic helmet. It also carried another mythological connection, as McQueen’s original collection drew inspiration from Jason and the Argonauts.
Anne Hathaway keeps it soft and timeless

Playing Penelope, Odysseus’ loyal wife, Hathaway has embraced flowing silhouettes and romantic details while dressing her growing baby bump. The actress recently announced she is expecting her third child with husband Adam Shulman, and has worn custom Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Blumarine throughout the tour.
The draping, ruffles, and movement feel connected to the film without looking like period costumes. Instead, the looks modernize the elegance often associated with ancient Greece.

Charlize Theron embraces the darker side

Charlize Theron, who plays Calypso, has leaned into a darker palette. Her custom Givenchy looks by Sarah Burton feature velvet, dramatic draping, and bold proportions. For the Paris premiere, she also wore a reworked Dior Fall 2026 gown finished with black lace and an asymmetrical skirt.
Lupita Nyong’o has taken a different route

Working with stylist Micaela Erlanger, the actress has mixed structured tailoring with elegant eveningwear throughout the tour. Her wardrobe has included custom Chanel, Christian Cowan, and statement trench coats. Nyong’o, who plays both Helen of Troy and her sister Clytemnestra in the film, has kept her looks polished and modern while still fitting the larger mood of the press tour.
The men keep it classic

Robert Pattinson has appeared in Dior and Visvim, often adding sharp eyewear to the mix. Matt Damon has kept things Ralph Lauren Purple label, while Tom Holland has rotated between Prada, Balenciaga, and custom Gieves & Hawkes that featured Morse code worked into the design, adding a small detail to an otherwise classic look.
By the time The Odyssey reaches the big screen, its cast will have already taken audiences on another kind of journey. This one came with couture, archival fashion, and enough memorable looks to keep the gods entertained.
