The actor wore a custom Calvin Klein to The Bear’s recent season 3 premiere.
The lead star of the popular FX/Hulu series wore a custom Calvin Klein single-breasted notched lapel jacket in oyster white with matching slim trousers at El Capital Theater in Los Angeles, complementing the suit with a crisp poplin shirt paired with a black silk tie.
Seeing Allen White on the The Bear red carpet premiere gave us an excuse to look back at his Golden Globe threads and Calvin Klein Underwear campaign earlier his year.
In January, the star wore an all-black Calvin Klein suit to the Golden Globes, showing off minimalist luxury with sharp and soft details. He looked every bit quiet Hollywood glam in a double-breasted tuxedo jacket with satin grosgrain lapels for subtle shine, paired with a satin shirt and high-waisted trousers.

Allen White won the Golden Globe’s Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy TV Series for The Bear, a show that many consider to be one of the best in TV history.
The Golden Globes were held just days after the actor’s campaign for Calvin Klein’s Spring 2024 was released. Shot in New York by Mert Alas, the underwear showed Allen White, a New Yorker himself, in a series of stills and videos that “showcased his connection to the city.”

The video shows Allen White climbing to the rooftop of a Manhattan building, wearing jeans, which he strips off to reveal Calvin Klein boxers. In an interview with GQ, the actor said that growing up in New York, “You couldn’t help but look at the [Calvin Klein] billboard. It’s so massive. I always associated it—and still associate it—with New York City itself.”
One of the world’s leading global fashion lifestyle brands with a history of bold, nonconformist ideals, Calvin Klein was founded in New York in 1968.
The Brooklyn native fits perfectly with the brand’s minimalist and sensual aesthetic, but says, “I didn’t see this in my future necessarily. Who grows up thinking, Yeah, I’ll be in a Calvin Klein campaign?”

Global flagship store in Paris
In June, Calvin Klein also opened its global flagship store in Paris. The new design concept, called “Chalk,” introduces the most immersive brand experience on one of the world’s most celebrated fashion avenues: Champs Elysées.
The Chalk concept will be rolled out in stores around the world, introducing major markets and their consumers to the premium representation of the brand.
The 600-square-meter store in Paris spans three stories and sits within one of the world’s premier shopping destinations, establishing the brand in the heart of the city and introducing customers to its full lifestyle offering.
The flagship’s façade integrates the location’s original stone, featuring large, bright windows that suffuse the space with natural light and invite customers and passersby to explore a curated environment centered around the brand’s singular vision. Each floor presents a clean, natural canvas to showcase the latest collection, with women’s housed on the ground floor and men’s on the mezzanine.

The lower level offers the largest in-store Calvin Klein underwear and loungewear department in Europe, reflecting the brand’s strength in the category. The store provides an elevated setting to host unique seasonal experiential concepts and consumer activations. It is also home to a limited-edition menswear and womenswear capsule designed in a bespoke color palette with custom Calvin Klein Paris branding.
Calvin Klein Global Brand president Eva Serrano said, “I started my career as a sales assistant, and the lessons I learned in that store—about product, about the environment, about how to make an impact on customers—continue to drive the vision for Calvin Klein. The Champs-Élysées flagship embodies everything that Calvin Klein stands for, creating an environment that inspires our consumers and encourages them to experience the Calvin Klein lifestyle, not just through our products, but also our aesthetics.”

The Chalk store concept reaffirms the brand’s modern, minimalist, and sensual design codes through an elevated consumer experience and intentional design scheme brought to life through communicative architecture, contemporary finishes, and monochromatic palettes.
Grounded in the Calvin Klein aesthetic, tonal shades explore texture and form, while stainless steel surfaces contrast wood accents, minimalist furniture, and soft lighting. Inviting fitting rooms feature Douglas fir wood accents, textured carpets, and soft lighting for a comfortable experience. Around the store, campaign images reinforce the brand’s visual identity and highlight the latest refined styles that embody Calvin Klein’s iconic approach to modern minimalism.
