Tory Burch takes the plunge in sporty, serene SS25 collection at NYFW

The collection combines sport and elegance, designed for a woman who is both strong and graceful, ready for anything.

Tory Burch’s spring-summer 2025 collection swept New York Fashion Week into an aquatic daydream. Held at the top of the historic Domino Sugar Refinery in Brooklyn, the show transformed the industrial penthouse into a serene, pool-like haven. Attendees—including stars like Elizabeth Olsen, Maude Apatow, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Mindy Kaling—were immersed in mint-green mosaic tiles that conjured a sense of floating at the bottom of a luxurious pool. Alexa Chung also made her runway debut for Burch this season.

Tory Burch didn’t just channel sportswear, she reimagined it with a fresh, elevated twist. Models glided down the runway in sequined swimsuits tucked into flowing trousers, bringing an unexpected glamour to classic silhouettes. White fringed skirts swayed like seafoam, and sheer wool gauze tops rippled like fish gills, evoking a delicate, watery transparency. The collection pulsed with color—pops of vibrant red-orange and cobalt purple transported viewers straight to the Italian coast, offering a breezy dolce vita vibe.

The ballet flat also made its return, grounding the looks with effortless ease.
