Managed by Chroma Hospitality, Inc., Baker J continues its expansion in the Philippines, serving Parisian favorites and other French-inspired dishes using locally sourced ingredients to a wider audience.
Following the successful launch of Baker J Café in the Mimosa Plus Leisure City Estate in Clark, Pampanga, the Chroma-run café recently opened its third branch in the country at Quest Hotel Tagaytay. The quaint space offers a fresh selection of pastries, aromatic coffee, and curated dishes that marry French flavors with local ingredients.
“We are thrilled to introduce Baker J and a unique French experience to the vibrant city of Tagaytay,” said James Montenegro, Country Manager of Chroma Hospitality. “Baker J embodies the essence of French gastronomy, and we are confident that the residents and visitors of Tagaytay will embrace it wholeheartedly.”
Chef Nicolas Pasdeloup, Baker J’s executive chef, personally welcomed the guests at Quest Hotel Tagaytay with an assortment of French dishes, including Joue de Boeuf Bourguignonne and his unique take on Baba au Rhum.
During the launch, the management also revealed exciting plans for Baker J, which includes the upcoming opening of their flagship café at Two Parkade, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The move is geared toward strengthening Baker J’s presence in the capital city and reinforcing its position as a go-to café for French culinary cravings.
