Inspired by the Romy collection, the limited-time collaboration with Flour Pot Bistro & Bakery in BGC runs until September 25.
Blending fashion with moments of pause and connection, The Romy Bakery offers a more personal way to engage with Tory Burch. The collab opened with an intimate preview for media and key opinion leaders from across fashion, culture and lifestyle. Coleen Garcia Crawford, Angelina Cruz, and Stephanie Dods attended, carrying pieces from the Romy collection.
Designed as the ultimate everyday handbag, the Romy is crafted in soft pebbled leather. It is lightweight, with a spacious interior and a deep zip pocket. Its gently gathered silhouette is detailed with a slim belt and the new Tory Burch button logo.
The Romy comes in three styles: the large tote, small tote and bucket. The large tote, which can double as a travel carry-on, has a wide shoulder strap for comfort, while the small tote and bucket come with leather top handles and removable cross-body straps.

The Romy experience

A sculptural Romy installation welcomes guests at the entrance—setting a tone that is both modern and expressive. Inside, the space is thoughtfully detailed with elements that reflect the brand’s design language: branded coffee cups and sleeves, bespoke dessert packaging, and a specially created bakery menu.
Throughout the bakery, the Romy bag is reinterpreted as a series of objects—from cup holders and dessert carriers to packaging designed to be held and carried. These elements blur the boundary between product and experience, turning everyday moments into expressions of personal style.
The launch event was designed to feel intuitive and immersive, where guests were able to experience: coffee and dessert personalized in real time; subtle, integrated photo opportunities across the space; and a live DJ set creating a relaxed, social atmosphere.
A new expression of luxury

The Romy Bakery reflects an evolving idea of luxury—rooted in experience, personal expression and the objects that shape everyday life.
For Tory Burch, it is a natural extension of the brand’s philosophy: thoughtful design that integrates seamlessly into how people live. The Philippines offers a compelling context for this expression, with a growing audience that values both style and cultural nuance. Manila, in particular, provides a setting where fashion, food, and conversation intersect with ease.

From August 26 through September 25, guests can enjoy a selection of Tory Burch collaboration pastries and drinks at Flour Pot Bistro & Bakery in Bonifacio Global City.
In the Philippines, Tory Burch is exclusively distributed by Stores Specialists, Inc., and is located at Greenbelt 5, NUSTAR Cebu, Power Plant Mall, Rustan’s Cebu, Rustan’s Makati, and Rustan’s Shangri-La. Visit ssilife.com.ph or follow @ssilifeph on Instagram for more information.
