The RLC Le Pont Residences ambassador says when you build your home collection, “each piece should have a story.”
Are you at that point in your life where you’re planning your dream home? While this can be an exciting moment—from choosing the location and property to imagining your design goals— it can also be stressful and daunting.
“Don’t pressure yourself too much,” celebrity Heart Evangelista dished out this advice to those on the lookout for or are planning their dream home. “You know, that’s hard to do. A day at a time, focus on your health. Health is wealth.”
During the launch of the showcase of the final tower of Le Pont Residences, RLC Residences’ brand ambassador assured aspiring homeowners that they will earn their dream home eventually.

Despite being a huge social media personality herself, Heart advised prospective homeowners that they should not be pressured by what they see online. “It’s all about building your collection. So maybe invest on… well, you don’t have to, because when you purchase RLC, you already have the raft, the lights are perfectly done, even like the bathroom, the things that you don’t think about, the drainage is perfect na,” she shared.
“So maybe when you build your home collection, it’s unti-unti. It’s not about how beautiful it looks or kailangan agad-agad. It’s slowly building it because each piece should have a story,” she said.
At the heart of it all, Heart wants you to understand that building a home should be a story in itself, with you as its writer.
“It doesn’t have to look good. I mean, aspirational isn’t like being instantly rich. It’s the story; it’s the journey. That’s the same with your home. So, never be pressured about how it looks. Just focus on the story,” she added.
The animal rights advocate also surprised the members of the media during the launch at the posh Bocca restaurant in Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Pasig, that despite leading a jet-setting lifestyle, Heart is actually a homebody who enjoys just being at home.
The final tower rises
And Heart’s wisdom, accumulated through years of traveling and being immersed in beautiful creations (and being a creative herself), makes her the perfect ambassador for RLC Residences, specifically its Le Pont Residences, which marked the second half of the year with the showcase of its much awaited final tower.
Heart’s philosophy of home as a sanctuary perfectly aligns with Le Pont’s vision of offering elegance with comfort and convenience. This is made possible with its spacious units, smart home features, and exclusive amenities that provide an ideal setting for both relaxation and the pursuit of personal aspirations.

A long-time friend of the brand, Herat emphasized that Le Pont Residences is the ideal place to experience first-world living.
French for “The Bridge,” the residential tower is located within the 31-hectare Bridgetowne Destination Estate that straddles the border between Pasig and Quezon City. This premium high-rise property debuted its first tower in 2023 and is near offices, a high-end mall, and other establishments within the estate.
Speaking to members of the media during the event, John Richard Sotelo, RLC Residences’ senior vice president and business unit general manager, and Robinsons Land chief marketing officer, highlighted the performance of the first tower.

“In just one year and six months since launching the first tower, the net value has already appreciated by 8%, with current unit prices at P310,000 per square meter compared to the initial launch price of P286,000 per square meter,” Sotelo said.
“We are also proud to share that Le Pont Residences is actually the fastest selling property in the area since we launched the first building last year.”
Posh units, “hyper-sized” amenities
Le Pont Residences is designed to cater to a variety of lifestyle needs, offering a range of units from one to four bedrooms, including bi-level penthouses in Tower 1 and newly introduced executive one-bedroom and four-bedroom units in Tower 2.
Each unit is equipped with smart home features for enhanced safety and convenience, along with premium appliances such as air conditioning, refrigerators, range hoods, cooktops, and washer-dryer units. For those opting for penthouse living, additional amenities like a dishwasher are also provided.

Tower 2 units also come with its own loggia or porch, providing future residents even more space and an open-air corner where one can have some quiet time.
Moreover, the development boasts “hyper-sized” amenities to help enrich the lives of its residents. These include a clubhouse, infinity and wading pools, a fitness center, a pet park, a game simulator, and work lounges. The top floor, with its sweeping view of the metro, features Altitude 51, which houses exclusive function villas and a Sky Lounge for private events and celebrations.
Commitment to sustainability
More than the posh units and impressive amenities, Le Pont Residences also boasts one other thing: its commitment to sustainability. The property has received preliminary EDGE certification from the International Finance Corporation that acknowledges the development’s eco-friendly design, including energy-saving fixtures, a rainwater harvesting system, and provisions for electric vehicle parking.
These features not only reduce carbon footprint but also offer significant cost savings for homeowners over time. Additionally, Le Pont Residences anticipates future needs by offering e-parking spaces for electric vehicles in select parking slots.
Stephanie Anne Go, business development and design head told the press during the launch that prospective buyers are not just buying a location but a lifestyle. “We want to make sure we are building a sustainable community as a way of supporting the RLC community.”
