The Peninsula Manila reimagines afternoon tea for Easter

Indulge in four weeks of delightful Easter Afternoon Tea treats.

Savor Easter bunny-inspired desserts and scones slathered with clotted cream, jam, and lemon curd, and then washing them all down with a pot of tea, or maybe a flute or two of champagne.

Until March 31, Afternoon Tea at The Lobby has been reimagined for Easter with spring- and Easter-inspired sweet items created by Head Pastry Chef Annalyn Solano. Delight in an array of delectable treats, with highlights including a White Chocolate Mousse with Strawberry Confit, which has been made to look like adorable bunny ears; and a lovely Mango and Coconut Opera whose refreshing mango flavor complements the exquisite almond aroma.

Equally enticing is the selection of savory items. Featuring an array of premium ingredients, not-to-be-missed items include Chorizo in a Piquillo Pesto Cream Ciabatta, Egg Salad and Cucumber Tartlet, and Roast Beef Salad and Fig Jam in a Crispy Onion-Mustard Baguette.
